THE PROCESS

Different services require different approaches. Below, you’ll see how our process works for Event Services and Business Services, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

PROCESS

EVENT SERVICES

Step 1. CONTACT

Everything starts with a conversation. Reach out through our contact form, email, or chat and tell us a bit about your event. We’ll review the details and follow up to see if we’re a good fit and how we can help.

Step 2. QUOTE & BOOKING

Once we finalize the quote and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over an invoice for a 50% deposit. After the deposit is received, your date is officially booked and secured on our calendar.

Step 3. ONGOING COMMUNICATION

Leading up to your event, we stay in touch to make sure everything is aligned. We’ll go over timelines, key moments, and any important details so there are no surprises on the day of your event.

Step 4. THE EVENT

On the day of your event, our focus is on being prepared, professional, and present. We arrive ready to capture everything as it unfolds while keeping the experience calm and unobtrusive.

Step 5. FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERABLES

After the event, the remaining balance is due before final delivery. Once payment is completed, we’ll finalize your photos and videos and deliver everything as outlined in your package. Usually in the form of an online gallery, unless we decide on something else.

Every project starts with understanding what you’re trying to achieve. We’ll connect through email, a form, or a call if needed to discuss your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for your business.

Step 1: Discovery & Communication

BUSINESS SERVICES

Before creating anything, we do our homework. This may include reviewing your current brand assets, website, or content, researching competitors, and looking at best-in-class examples when building something new. This ensures the work is intentional, relevant, and positioned correctly.

Step 2: Research & Strategy

Step 3: Proposal & Approval

Based on our conversations and research, we’ll put together a clear quote or proposal outlining the scope of work. Once everything is aligned and approved, we’ll move forward to lock in the project.

Step 4: Deposit & Project Start

After approval, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. Once the deposit is received, your project is officially scheduled and production begins.

Step 5: Creation & Execution

This is where the work comes to life. We design, build, film, or create according to the agreed plan, keeping communication open throughout the process to ensure everything stays aligned.

Step 6: Final Payment & Deliverables

Once the project is complete, the remaining balance is due. After final payment, all deliverables are handed off in a clean, organized format ready for use.

Step 7: Ongoing Support

Some clients continue working with us on an ongoing basis for content creation, updates, or strategy. If ongoing support makes sense for your needs, we’ll discuss next steps and options.
