Here are some of the most frequent questions I get. Click on the down arrows to see my answers. I will continue to populate this with more frequently asked questions as I get them.

  • Prices depend on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting great value for your design project. I like to charge by the project. I will use the scope of the work, difficulty, time that I estimate it will take me, and your due date to come up with the quote.

    A wise man once said, “ We all want things Fast, Excellent, and Cheap, but we only get to pick two. Because if you want something to be Excellent and Fast, it ain’t going to be cheap!”

  • I describe it in great detail on MY PROCESS page. It is a 10 step process that hasn’t failed me yet :)

  • Yes, once I have turned over the files they are yours to do whatever you would like to do with them. I hope you enjoy them for a long time.

  • NO NEVER!, I create and draw artwork from inspiration given by you during our conversations and from research and trends that are relevant in the art world. Then I create my own original designs.

  • A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. I will supply the electronic files to you through an email link download. I also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy. I usually keep your files in my backups for 3 years after we are finished.

  • YES, you get EPS (vector), jpeg, and transparent png’s. My logo designs can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including business cards, letterheads, envelopes, brochure designs, websites, graphics for websites, direct mail design, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business may require.

  • Once the deposit is received, and we have decided on a due date. I will check in every once in a while during my design process. Once after sketches, another time after I have developed a final preview of your idea, but you can always ask for an update through email and I will show you what I have so far.

  • I listen to my clients from the start. You are encouraged to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas you may have to help me get an idea of style before I start to work. During the design process, you will be asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready, I will submit a final proof for your approval before beginning the final production steps. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be canceled. At the conclusion of the project, you may request the artwork in various formats if payment was made for design services.

  • I can usually accommodate a rush job depending on how full my schedule is however, a rush fee will be added. Call me and give me the details to find out how much. :)
